This program covers weight lifting and agility drills to improve all-around athleticism and fitness. Focuses on strength, power, jump ability, and balance.
Sessions twice/week working around your schedule. Classes will begin in January. Sign up by December 15th and 2 people will win Sports Performance classes for 1/2 price. Plus, first 10 to sign up will get a FREE t-shirt.
$620 for 46 sessions or $120/month for 6 months.
This eight-week small-group program will improve your child’s jumping ability. Athletes who participated in our last Jump Training Program added up to four inches to their vertical!
Athletes train twice per week in 45-minute classes with sessions. After pre-registering, we will contact you to create a schedule that fits YOUR calendar. Space is limited to the first six registrants.
Eight week pass is $249.
Parents join in on the fun and fitness! All levels welcome in this class covering HIIT, weight training, cross-training, and education on the tools to stay in shape and healthy.
