We are excited to announce that Angie will be back coaching on the girls side this upcoming season. Angie has previously coached 15s and 18s girls teams at SoCal, including helping her 18s players with recruiting, and getting players signed with schools across the country. Angie has been coaching on the boys side at SoCal for the past two seasons.
In April 2016, Angie was inducted into the Catholic High School Athletic Association of New York High School Hall of Fame in New York for her accomplishments in volleyball during high school. She played and graduated from American University in 2011, where she was acknowledged as an All-American Honorable Mention her senior year. After college, Angie went on the play professionally for CV Aguere in Tenerife, Spain, as well as, other teams in Italy and Greece.
Angie has coached college camps across the country and has assisted coached at Hofstra University. Angelina enjoys coaching players to develop their game to pursue higher levels of play. She also enjoys guiding emerging players to strengthen their mental game and develop their passion for the game. Angelina’s coaching style involves frequent repetition and high energy.
Angie currently works as a board certified behaviorist in O.C. and San Diego, and is pursuing a doctorate in psychology. She believes her background in psychology compliments her coaching style.
