At UC Irvine, she was the president and captain of the women’s club volleyball team for three years, earning the SCCVL Player of the Year award her last three years. She has worked closely with her volleyball mentor, Olympian Mary Jo Peppler to develop a curriculum for SoCal that ensures a player will have the same technically driven experience from coach to coach and team to team.
Aimee believes that consistent technical work and feedback are a must for ALL ages and skill levels but that developing and maintaining teamwork skills and great attitudes are even more critical. For her, there is an overriding emphasis on enjoying the experience as a whole and creating a lifelong love for the game. Aimee also stresses consistent hard work and respect for one another and coaches. She teaches her coaches to be kind, fair, consistent and disciplined with their kids.

Players would describe Alli’s coaching style as very active, and very fun. Alli is accessible and kind to her players, and she deeply affects the lives of her players.

Alli caught the coaching bug while she was a player, volunteering her time her junior and senior years with SoCal’s FutureStars program, a developmental clinic program that requires patience, attention to detail and passion. Alli went on to coach an energetic 12’s Local team in 2013, and since then has participated fully in SoCal’s summer training program, camps and clinics — and most recently, Fall Ball.

Originally from the East Coast, Morgan recently moved to California in March of 2017. Limon has been playing school, club, and a little bit of sand volleyball starting in middle school all the way through college. Limon played for the University of Mount Olive in North Carolina. She had a very interesting collegiate experience, playing for three different head coaches over the four years in school. She learned a lot from each of the different coaching styles and uses their best techniques in her coaching today.
Limon started coaching when she was in high school for summer camps for incoming freshman. She loved being able to share her passion with young players. She describe her coaching style “ I like to focus on fast moving drills to get the girls alert and ready for game play. My goal for each drill is to have everyone involved and working hard. I don’t like girls standing on the sidelines watching. Every drill I run has a purpose and a goal to reach. I give the players goals to keep them focused and work together as a team.”
